Furthermore, although Barrett's track record through March, 2008, is the same as set forth herein, the software used by iDayo International, Inc., and the recommendations generated by it with the assistance of Jeffrey Steinberg subsequent to that date are, and will continue to have no connection to those made by Barrett. It is the opinion of the trademark attorneys for iDayo International, Inc. that Barrett is currently using its trademarks illegally. Proper reparations and settlement have been sought. The matter is still in dispute and the consideration of iDayo International, Inc. taking legal action against Tom Barrett is still pending.
