He has 20 years of experience on Wall Street combined with strategic financial expertise in merchant banking, investor/public relations and company management. In addition, Mr. Lafferman has over 18 years experience in advanced trading in the market. Mr. Lafferman also serves and President and CEO of Veritas Holdings, LLC.

Jerrie Colish — President

Mr. Colish of Jerusalem, Israel is co-founder of Follow the Money Trail, LLC and has over 29 years of experienc consulting with NASD broker/dealers, financial planners, corporations, investment partnerships and high net worth individuals in analysis, selection and marketing of partnerships, special products, tax planning strategies and private placements of debt and quity offerings. Mr. Colish has obtained both a law degree and a master's degree in taxation. He began his career practicing corporate and real estate law for six years, after which he joined a securities brokerage firm as general counsel. He has a B.G.S. from the University of Michigan and both a J.D. and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida.

Jeffrey Steinberg — Chief Scientific Officer

Mr. Steinberg of Philadelphia, PA was the founder of the proprietary technology that powers the Follow the Money Trail Black Box. Mr. Steinberg has overseen the operations and the ongoing development of the proprietary software since 1996. Prior to finding the proprietary software, Mr. Steinberg was a Co-Founder/EVP of Distribution & Programming at Food Court Entertainment Networks, Cafe USA™ - a listed NASDAQ company for which he held a board seat. Mr. Steinberg was one of the two youngest board members to serve on a public company in 1995.
